Data Deletion

Habib Capital Social is operated by Habib Capital LLC. You can remove your data at any time.

Option 1: Disconnect one social account (fastest)

  1. Sign in at https://social.habibcap.com/mixpost.
  2. Open Accounts.
  3. Choose the account and select Delete or Disconnect.
  4. We delete the stored access tokens for that account right away. Its stored profile details and analytics are deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Remove the app from the platform

Removing our access on the platform also stops us from using your data.

  • Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings, Business Integrations, find "Habib Capital Social", Remove. Choose to delete the posts and data if offered.
  • Threads: Threads or Instagram settings, Apps and websites (label may differ), remove "Habib Capital Social".
  • TikTok: TikTok app, Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services (label may differ), remove "Habib Capital Social".
  • LinkedIn: Settings and privacy, Data privacy, Permitted services, remove "Habib Capital Social".
  • Google and YouTube: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, remove "Habib Capital Social".
  • X: Settings, Security and account access, Apps and sessions, Connected apps, revoke.
  • Pinterest: Settings, Apps (or Security), remove "Habib Capital Social".

When a platform tells us a user removed our app or asked for deletion, we delete that user's tokens and platform data from our systems.

Option 3: Delete your whole account and all data

Email admin@habibcap.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us which accounts or platforms (for example Facebook, TikTok) you want removed, or say "everything".

We will:

  1. Confirm the request by reply within 3 business days.
  2. Delete your account, connected account tokens, scheduled posts, uploaded media, analytics and profile data within 30 days.
  3. Email you a confirmation with a reference code.

Copies in backups are removed as backups roll off on their normal schedule. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept only as long as required.

What happens to posts already published

Posts already published to a social platform belong to your account on that platform. Deleting your data with us does not delete them there. Delete them on the platform.
